Assistant to Development Director

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an Assistant to Development Director to join us in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Answering directly to the Development Director and being involved in the whole projects’ fleet.
• Coordinating the involved departments and make sure to accomplish the targets set from the upper management.
• Creating reports about projects’ progress and inform the different Investors.
• Overseeing each project’s progress and update milestones dates, such as construction and delivery, on a monthly basis.
• Final check of the separated tittle deeds. 
• Attending and preparing MOM.
• Monitoring management accounts for Project management and design Fees of Development Department.  

Requirements for the position:

• Civil Engineer, Architect or Quantity Surveyor bachelor degree.
• Fluency in written and spoken in Greek and English are a must.
• Great character, responsible and trustworthy person.
• Easy learning person.
• Ambitious and multi-skilled person.
• Multitask person.
• Attention to detail.
• Reporting skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office interaction and knowledge.
• Knowledge of Procore or SAP Software will be considered as advantage.
