As the Production Line Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and autonomous operation of our production unit, optimizing production processes, and guaranteeing product quality. You will collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to achieve production goals and continuously improve operations.
Key Responsibilities and tasks
Supervise and manage daily activities of the autonomous production unit.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement and monitor continuous improvements in production methods.
Coordinate and manage the production team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Resolve technical and operational issues that arise in the production unit.
Ensure production targets are met within established deadlines.
Why you'd be a good match
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management or similar roles.
Knowledge of autonomous production techniques, soldering assembly and electrical test.
Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in computer tools and production management software.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, French and or Italian is a plus
