Position Responsibilities:
- Preparing audit work papers and adjusting trial balance
- Preparing, sending, and tracking client confirmations
- Maintenance of Caseware templates to be used by department
- Implementing enhancements to Caseware templates
- Power user Caseware and Caseview
- Initial set up of Caseware files for clients and routine rollovers
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 3 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
- At least one year of experience as a Project Specialist or in a similar role is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Accounting, Business, or related courses)
- Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn new software skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with clients and co-workers
