The Benefits Analyst plays a key role in optimizing employee benefits and well-being programs to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with global strategy. This position involves vendor management, data analysis, market research, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) vendor relationship, including contracting, RFP process, billing, communications, webinars, issue resolution, and performance monitoring
- Prepare, analyze, and deliver quarterly dashboard reports on benefits and well-being metrics for leadership review; continuously evolve the metrics to reflect business needs, provide actionable insights, and use data storytelling techniques to influence decisions and drive strategic actions
- Perform benefit market analysis and participate in projects to ensure programs remain competitive and cost-effective
- Help develop automation agents to streamline benefit market analysis
- Consult with brokers, insurance vendors, and HR partners to assess needs and support program improvements
- Support global benefits strategy and implementation projects
- Participate in survey submissions, ensure accurate data reporting, and assess opportunities for automation to improve efficiency
- Drive process improvements and technology adoption, including AI-enabled tools
- Support vendor and broker relationships, including renewals, RFPs, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate on wellness strategies and engagement campaigns to promote Edwards Well-being program
- Review legislative updates, escalate key items, and assist with analysis for decision-making
What you'll need (Required):
- University degree and strong working experience in Benefits, HR required
- Proficiency in English
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships (EAP or similar preferred), including contracting, RFP processes, and billing
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data reporting and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Skilled in data storytelling to influence leadership decisions
- Experience working at a benefits brokerage firm or in a broker role preferred
- Exposure to AI-driven HR technology or benefits platforms
