About the job:
Join KEEN’s European Headquarters in Rotterdam, where you’ll become part of our dynamic Ecommerce team. This internship is perfect for students passionate about digital commerce and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll work directly with the Senior Digital Business Marketing Specialist to manage key ecommerce account with huge focus on Amazon and contribute to enhancing the online consumer experience.
As an Amazon Intern, you will assist with a wide range of marketing and sales tasks, including onsite merchandising, updating digital marketing assets, managing key data files, and improving consumer interactions. You'll also support the team on various digital initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize the consumer onsite experience by analyzing and acting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and resolve onsite listing errors to increase conversion rates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining Amazon Brandstore, Premium A+ content, and infographics.
- Support new product uploads for future seasons and correct listing errors using Salsify.
- Contribute to content creation and optimize product detail pages.
- Conduct performance analyses (e.g., sell-through, returns, A/B testing) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Take on ad-hoc digital projects to support the broader Amazon team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program (must remain enrolled for the duration of the internship).
- Available for an internship lasting at least 6 months.
- Able to commit to 40 hours per week, ideally working 5 days a week, with availability to commute to the office 4 days per week.
- Must have residence in the Netherlands.
- Passionate about the outdoors and/or sports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Strong interest in digital commerce and marketing.
- Self-motivated, curious, and quick to learn.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
