JOB PURPOSE
Our Uniops team is embarking on an exciting journey as this role is responsible for leading the Workplace Services strategy and execution and be accountable for the day to day delivery of Workplace Services in line with established service levels and service line strategy. The services scope of this role includes primarily Facilities Management and in house FM Contractor management (both soft and technical services but excluding technical services inside the production areas of our Sourcing Unit (SC). The services scope will also include some activities across the other Workplace Services areas (Real Estate, Travel & Fleet, Project and Agile Working).

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third party or in house by Unilever.
• Lead Regional Workplace services and service delivery with the help of a team of 2 people
• Manage day to day operations and several service providers for facility management, cleaning services, and fleet/pick up services.
• Partnering with business leaders in providing the best workplace experiences and operations
• Set up the strategy for all in-house FM contractors and services provider and monitor their service delivery level.
• Align safety operations with the safety team to ensure smooth execution
• Ensuring all company governance and controls in all Workplace related processes.
• Budget owner for the regional budget in line with the business needs
• Negotiating all cost structure with in-house contractor and services provider and aligning with procurement for crafting the business agreement in yearly basis
• Driving workplace related change initiatives through communication with employees
• Facilitate regular performance reviews with service providers and/or insourced operations teams with geography leadership teams, holding both the supplier(s) and the client accountable for their part in successful delivery.
• Build and maintain positive working relationship with service providers and other key stakeholders.
• Support to manage all international visitors and their visa process.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• Min 4 years’ experience working in General Affair, Facility management, and/or relevant industry/experiences, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing.
• Led capability initiatives to create and lead internal & external team (in house contractor and services provider)
