What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to project tasks and milestones, ensuring your work is organized to meet deadlines.
- Make decisions within limited options to resolve problems, under your supervisor's direction.
- Have your work regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.
- Engage in fixed assignments that facilitate peer-to-peer training during rotation transitions.
- Develop and refine your communication abilities by actively participating in meetings and delivering presentations to personnel at all organizational levels.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Active enrollment and completion of the first year in an accredited 4-year undergraduate program
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
- Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with coding languages and software development processes
- Background in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex information
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment
