About C3 India Delivery Centre LLP (formerly known as Crowe Horwath IT Services LLP) AI Transformation:

The new AI Transformation team will build on C3's established AI foundation, furthering the capabilities of our Applied AI / Machine Learning team. By combining Generative AI, Machine Learning and Software Engineering, this team empowers our clients to transform their business models through AI, irrespective of their current AI adoption stage.

About the Role

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to rigorously validate AI functionalities, ensuring robust and reliable product performance.

• Conduct prompt testing and systematically document results to assess the accuracy, responsiveness, and overall functionality of AI tools.

• Collaborate closely with developers, functional consultants, and product managers to understand AI applications thoroughly and establish clear testing requirements.

• Identify and communicate bugs and issues effectively to development teams, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement of AI-driven products.

• Regularly engage in exploratory testing to discover and address unforeseen edge cases, enhancing overall AI solution stability and user satisfaction.

• Actively participate in agile team meetings, contributing insights on AI testing outcomes and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of software testing experience, specifically in developing test cases and performing thorough functional and regression testing.

• Proven experience with testing AI applications, including Generative AI and LLM tools.

• Familiarity with AI testing frameworks and tools designed to evaluate model outputs and accuracy.

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail in documenting test results and anomalies.

• Effective communication skills, able to convey complex testing scenarios and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering techniques and prompt-based testing for Generative AI tools.

• Hands-on experience using Azure AI Foundry or similar platforms for AI model testing and validation.

• Background or certifications in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, or AI technologies (e.g., ISTQB Certification).

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.

• Enthusiasm for staying ahead of emerging AI technologies, testing methods, and best practices through continuous learning.
