You’ll work closely with the Automation Specialist, Data Engineer, and Full Stack Engineer to ensure every solution aligns with business needs, functions as intended, and drives measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate those requirements into actionable technical plans for the Automation Specialist, Data Engineers, and Full Stack Engineers

  • Collaborate on the design and logic of AI workflows, including assistant configurations and operational use cases

  • Manage project timelines and communication across teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment

  • Conduct testing and validation to confirm automations meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes

  • Support rollout and communication planning to drive adoption of new automations and tools

  • Partner with the Manager of AI Operations to prioritize requests and maintain visibility into active and upcoming projects

Who You Are
  • Analytical and Curious – Enjoys solving operational challenges and translating complex needs into structured solutions

  • AI- and Automation-Minded – Interested in how AI tools and automation can simplify work and improve efficiency

  • Collaborative Communicator – Comfortable working between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment

  • Organized Project Manager – Strong at managing multiple initiatives and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable

  • Detail-Oriented Tester – Diligent about validating functionality, usability, and business alignment before launch

  • Adaptable and Motivated – Excited to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-moving environment

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
