What is the purpose of the position
You will be in a strategic role within NN International’s Data & AI CoE (Centre of Excellence), overseeing strategic, technical, and operational AI & Automation solutions in line with the business strategy across 9 international markets (RO, HU, CZ, SK, GR, PL, BE, SP, JP). Your key responsibilities will include leading AI projects from prototype to production and supporting the international Data Science & AI/GenAI community. The ideal candidate for this position will combine leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to drive innovation with an entrepreneurial mindset, while maintaining a balance between technical expertise and regulatory knowledge.
What are the tasks you will perform
- You will define and execute the vision and strategy for AI/GenAI projects and best practices within our CoE, and align them with other international business units. You will also oversee and integrate these projects and practices into our IT ecosystems.
- Your task will be to align AI/GenAI initiatives with business and IT priorities at both group and local levels.
- You will define and track KPIs and the business impact of AI/GenAI projects.
- As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across business units, represent NN, and build strong relationships with all involved parties.
- You will be a leader and mentor to a medium-sized team (15-20 people) of experts.
Who you are
- You have a Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a similar field.
- You are a strong leader in AI/ML and Data Science with experience in LLMs, Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and GPT APIs.
- You excel in interpersonal and operational stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and external partners.
- You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex AI/Analytics projects from inception to completion.
- You are experienced in mentoring and developing junior team memebers.
