Why This Role Is Right for You
As a AI Automation Junior Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów or Poznań. This role has been created to support the development and maintenance of AI‑based solutions, in particular chatbots, voicebots, and business process automation using Power Automate and Power BI.
The position is junior and support-oriented, with a strong focus on quality, stability, and the continuous operation of AI solutions.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

  • Monitoring the performance of chatbots and voicebots and identifying issues in logic and responses
  • Analyzing incidents and user requests (diagnosing prompt-related vs. technical issues)
  • Testing bot scenarios and documenting test results
  • Maintaining and making simple updates to existing Power Automate workflows
  • Prompt engineering – optimizing and testing instructions for LLM models
  • Supporting the development of new functionalities and improvements to existing solutions
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and process descriptions
  • Preparing simple bot performance reports in Power BI based on existing templates

Tools & Work Environment
Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint / OneDrive, Voicebot & RAG solutions, Jira / Confluence / ServiceDesk, Microsoft 365, Contact Center systems.

Essential Qualifications: 

  • University degree or student status (Computer Science, Data Analytics, Automation, or related fields)
  • Basic knowledge of chatbots/voicebots and process automation
  • Basic knowledge of Power Automate
  • Ability to work with data (Excel, CSV, SharePoint)
  • Basic familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
  • General understanding of LLMs, RAG, and prompt-based workflows
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Experience working with users or handling support requests is an additional asset
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work with documentation
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Curiosity about technology and motivation to grow in the AI and automation domain

Bonus Skills: 

  • Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript
  • SQL basics (reading data, simple queries)
  • Project portfolio (e.g. chatbots, automations, student projects, GitHub)
