What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Agency Development Executive to support and fulfill the needs of walk-in customers and Life Consultants (LC) inquiries, refer them to the sales desk and provide full support to Line Manager daily tasks.

What are we expecting from this role?
 

• Oversee receptionists, admin staff, tea lady, and security. Manage room, car-pool, and messenger bookings.

• Track utility consumption.

• Handle fixed asset tagging and recording, enforce safety compliance, including fire exit clearance, evacuation plans/fire drills (as Tenant Marshall), and the Clean Desk Policy. Maintain the Accident Log.

• Process and manage Staff/Access ID Cards and Name Cards. Arrange and support staff seating and space during onboarding and offboarding. Manage inventory, delivery, and tracking of stationery, refreshments, and household supplies (e.g., water, coffee, tissues).

• Handle simple walk-in complaints and enquiries from customers and Agents. Escalate complex cases to management/relevant sections and ensure prompt follow-up.

• Collaborate closely with the sales force on application submission—verifying, checking, scanning, and data entry.

• Follow up with Agents to complete policy submissions and assist with incomplete policies.

• Receive and process policy alteration requests (e.g., address changes)

• Attend to policy enquiries and actively work to persuade customers to maintain their policies.

• Receive documents for claims/others. Identify sales leads and refer them to the appropriate frontline sales team (PV/PE or Agency Development Manager).

Who are we looking for?

• Fresh graduate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or reception is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Khmer.

• Possesses a positive attitude, is a self-starter, independent, and highly motivated/energetic.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Skilled at teamwork and collaboration.
