-Based on the strategies and policies of the company, region and department, achieve the sales targets. 负责依据公司、地区和部门的销售战略和政策制定的销售目标的达成。

-Monitor and ensure completion of budgets and conduct regular sales reporting.

-Plans and monitors the implementation of sales activities in the assigned region for Elekta products in order increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and potential business opportunities.

-Supports strategic key customers’ business development. 支持重点大客户的业务发展。

-Be responsible for supporting the regional stakeholders to achieve the channel sales targets.

-Batchlor degree or above 大学本科及以上学历

-More than 10 years working experience at  medical equipment sales functions in multi-national company. 10年以上跨国公司医疗器械销售工作经验。

-More than 5 years channel management experience. 5年以上渠道管理经验。

-Good skills of Microsoft Office and computer skills. 熟练掌握Microsoft Office 办公软件及其他相关软件。

-Good command of English and Chinese writing/speaking. 良好的英文/中文说写能力。

-Good medical equipment market and product know-how. 良好医疗器械市场和产品知识。

-High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.高度责任心及自觉性。

-Adaptive to business travel, difference environments, working under pressure. 适应出差,复杂环境及抗压能力。

-Team player, good communication and coordination skills. 团队协作,善于沟通协调。
