MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead implementation and management of the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Cloud Experience, Google Suite, Hotjar, Figma, Emplifi, among others.
- Develop and enforce standards for tagging, tracking, and attribution across all campaigns.
- Collaborate with the integration of data sources into a centralized cloud to enable real-time channel activation.
- Partner with Performance Marketing Team to ensure data-driven optimization and attribution modeling.
- Design and manage automation workflows (email, journeys, triggers) to improve customer engagement.
- Train marketing team members on mar-tech tools, building playbooks for best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and external vendors on integrations, security, and governance.
- Assist in HTML email troubleshooting and ensure deliverability across platforms.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Four (4) years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or analytics roles. Proven expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Cloud Experience, Google Suite required. Experience with marketing automation, CRM, APIs, and data pipeline management required.
- Knowledge of AMP script for email marketing automation and troubleshooting required.
- Knowledge of basic web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support web tagging, landing page tracking and troubleshooting integrations required.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other business applications required.
- Fully bilingual - Spanish and English (verbal and written) required.
