What you'll do:

  • Leverage Python and SQL to perform in-depth statistical analysis and extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, integrating Power BI with robust data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards that uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling business narratives, connecting statistical results with strategic objectives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with international teams in a global environment, using advanced English communication skills to align strategies, standardize methodologies, and share knowledge across regions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver predictive insights, advanced statistical analysis, and innovative solutions with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset under tight deadlines.

What you'll need:

  • BA/BS/MS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related quantitative field.
  • Advanced SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation, and preparation.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, time series, clustering, classification).
  • Experience designing and running experiments (A/B testing, causal inference) and translating results into business recommendations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI), applying visualization best practices to complement advanced analytics outputs.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, highly collaborative, and capable of delivering under tight timelines.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in projects of continuous improvement is a plus.
  • Experience in Databricks is a plus.
