Permanent

£16,860 (pro rata) + excellent benefits

24 hours per week

Shift patterns: Monday, Thursday and Friday: 07:00 – 15:30, 08:30 – 17:00, 09:30 – 18:00, one Saturday every 3 – 4 months: 07:30 – 15:00

Role Overview

To ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Completing all reception administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Offering an outstanding customer service experience
  • Contributing fully to the team and the team goals
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational control standards i.e. quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirements
  • Ensuring safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers while in the centre

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Computer literate – proficient in MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
