We're seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this position, the candidate will:
- Answer multi-line phone system, route calls as appropriate, and greet visitors.
- Process daily mail and assist in small/large mailings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and UPS shipments as needed.
- Organize office events and activities.
- Assist with catering for meetings.
- Schedule and track Lochmueller Group vehicle utilization.
- Assist with scheduling conference rooms and hotel accommodations as needed.
- Keeps copiers supplied with paper etc.
- Assist with office maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Copying and scanning documents as needed.
- Routinely examine office supply stock for ordering as well as receiving order and restocking.
- Responsible for handling petty cash and monthly petty cash reports in Excel.
- Assist with document-related tasks (copying, scanning, editing, etc.).
- Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications for this role include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
