The Opportunity: 

To strengthen our Administration Team, we are looking for and Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding service in all Hitachi Energy locations in Poland and other countries we cooperate with. The role will ensure the professional introduction of new hires to the company, as well as the offboarding procedure.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to have very good knowledge and experience in the onboarding process, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships with multiple internal support teams and be a very good communicator. In addition, they will be expected to work with a high degree of confidentiality and be comfortable with using their initiative.

 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • First contact with new hires, sending welcome emails and sharing invitation with the agenda
  • Organization of onboarding sessions for white collars and interns
  • Supporting the onboarding process of contingent workers and setting up of AD accounts
  • Offboarding coordination for white collar employees, interns and contingent workers
  • Preparing and maintaining onboarding and offboarding materials for new hires and their line managers
  • Work instructions preparing and updating, keeping email templates and documents updated
  • Supporting managers in onboarding and offboarding process. Preparing and maintaining onboarding / offboarding materials for managers
  • Monthly reporting process – preparing reports based on available templates and creating new reports
  • Preparing onboarding plan for new hires in Onboarding Team
  • Coordinating improvements based on new joiners’ feedback (survey process)
  • Support of onboarding activities in other countries

Your Background:

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in HR, Administration or related field, including at least 2 years in corporate environment
  • You have BA / Master's degree in HR, Administration or related fields 
  • You have very good verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation 
  • You demonstrate ability to work independently 
  • You are a proficient user of Microsoft 365 tools 
  • You have intermediate English level (B1, B1+) 
  • You have presentation (training) skills 
  • You are proactive and have analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • You are courageous and effective in action 
  • You are able to prioritize 
  • You have positive approach and stress resistance  
  • You are a team player
