Job Description
- Receive, answer and transfer phone calls
- Arrange company bus, accommodation, air ticket for staffs, visitors
- Canteen service monitoring
- Manage uniform, birthday party organization
- Welcome guests and arrange welcome drinks
- Prepare tea-break or meals for meetings, events, trainings
- Monthly order, distribute stationary for the Head Office
- Fully support permanent foreigners and foreign guests about meals
- Support on Passport, Visa, Work Permit, TRC for Expats/Staffs
- Prepare and submit expense claims - Make payments for vendors
- Monthly report to P&O Manager on activities and admin expenses
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or relevant qualifications.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in administrative management.
- Good English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving skill, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
