Job Description:

• In-Scope Deployed network assets: Maritime / Land Deployed Tooling management (includes operations and backend VB scripting)[GP1] [FP2]
• Low level designs and high-level design and documentation updates
• Site Specific Configuration production and validation as part of the PER release process
• Access Control List requirements – Impacting and Integration into formal design[GP3] [FP4]
• Obsolescence management aspects including identification and impacting of Technology Vulnerabilities
• Act as the SME for the Network Management applications in scope  (e.g. SolarWinds, ACS, ISE, McAfee NSM)[GPW5] . Respond to Live incidents and build support issues for Network Mgmt product suite. Inform and impact obsolescence issues with product suite to aid remediation and resolution
• Impact assessment report production
• Network configuration and design collateral management
• Escalation for incidents reported via the service management tools (SM9) for the in-scope devices as requested by NOC Level 3
• Provide ad hoc, reactive support for high priority and short notice requests related to in scope devices
• On Site Incident Support / Triage / Staging as required in support of the Live estate.
• Attend Meetings as required by the business
