About You:
You’re a technically minded marketer who thrives on solving complex tracking and data challenges. You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and love bridging the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution. You’re energized by fast-paced environments, can troubleshoot issues end-to-end, and take pride in building systems that drive performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Ad Operations, Marketing Technology, or Digital Media (agency or in-house)
  • Deep understanding of pixels, tagging, tracking infrastructure, feed management, and conversion APIs
  • Proficiency in Ads Managers, Business Managers, and tag management tools (GTM, GA4, Meta Events Manager, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across data flow and measurement systems
  • Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, engineering, and vendor partners
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Blotout, OneTrust, or other privacy/signal management tools

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the health of all tracking pixels, SDKs, and data feeds across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate event and conversion tracking; troubleshoot discrepancies in attribution and signal strength
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors (e.g., Blotout, Shopify, OneTrust) to ensure data privacy compliance while maintaining marketing efficiency
  • Monitor, audit, and optimize product feeds and catalog integrations for dynamic ads and performance programs
  • Collaborate with channel leads to diagnose and resolve tracking or measurement issues quickly
  • Coordinate with platform reps and external partners to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Manage UTM governance, tracking templates, and campaign tagging consistency across platforms
  • Support CAPI and server-side implementations, ensuring robust signal flow and redundancy
  • Document and evolve Ad Ops best practices to scale technical excellence across the marketing organization
