Job Profile:
Bosta is seeking a talented Revenue Accountant with excellent accounting expertise and strong interpersonal skills who reports to the Revenue Supervisor, responsible for daily general ledger activities. In addition, the role will be focused on supporting the management by providing oversight and control over the completeness and accuracy of the financial results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Communicate with other departments and reply to the merchants’ complaints in a good manner while meeting the SLA.
- Ability to work on various systems (Operations, CRM & ERP).
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in AR accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).
- knowledge of ERP system - Oracle NetSuite (Preferable).
- Strong ability to analyze financial information.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
