This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Administrative Support- Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors while creating a positive and professional experience.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and special projects.
- Assist with employee onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain conference rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces to ensure a professional workplace environment.
- Reconcile work packages and prepare shipping documents, invoices, and supporting records.
