About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive AR Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Account Receivable(AR) and Travel Expenses(T&E) staff claim processing. This role support timely revenue recognition, ensure compliance with company policies and help maintain strong financial controls.
Key responsibilities
Account Receivable(AR)
- Monitor AR aging and follow up with customer to ensure timely collection.
- Handle customer inquires.
- Coordinate with internal team(Sales, CS, Logistic)for billing accuracy.
- Support month end closing related to revenue and AR reporting.
- Filling AR document
- Fill up VAT report and follow up supporting with customer according trading term applicable.
Travel Expense(T&E)
- Review and verify employee expense claim in accordance with company policy.
- Process T&E reimbursements accurately and within timeline.
- Maintain organized records to support audit and tax authorities.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding T&E policy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in AR or general accounting.
- Experience with T&E claim processing is advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and familarity with accouting software(SAP, Express)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
