The Global Portfolio Administration department provides operational support to the firms Institutional, Private Client, and Retail business channels through account transitions. The Account Transitions team is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the accuracy of client portfolios throughout the account transition lifecycle. The overall responsibility is to achieve operational excellence by consistently providing a superior level of service to our clients while improving efficiencies without compromising controls or risk management discipline. We are seeking candidates who thrive in ambiguity, excel at critical thinking, and communicate proactively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. What You’ll Do:
The Account Transitions Team is a key role for our firm to perform various transition and client on boarding tasks including new accounts, custodian changes, in kind movements, market openings and account closings. The individual will be expected to work as a part of a team and will need to be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external clients. Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Own all operational aspects relating to account transitions: account openings, in-kind asset transfers, custodian changes, and account closures.
Communicate transition-related issues and impacting events to various internal departments and external clients, with urgency and clarity.
Confirm and process time-sensitive events including asset transfers and market openings.
Participate in firm initiatives, working groups, and audit best practice discussions.
Assess and translate subjective client needs into standardized operational workflows, adapting processes as required for each client.
Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, balancing speed and accuracy in time-sensitive transitions.
Navigating frequent process changes and client-specific requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2-4 years’ experience in business operations, preferably in financial services, or strong internship background.
Track record of critical thinking and creative problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to communicate proactively and effectively in urgent, high-stakes situations.
Experience adapting processes to meet diverse client needs and requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain resilient under stress.
