Post Mission
Ensure the supply planning accuracy, supply timeliness, and compliance for a key account customer's E2E supply process. Manage internal and external customer requirements to achieve targets, while being fully in line with company regulations and international trade regulations, collaborate with the other teams and other departments, achieve department performance goals and targets.
- Design Supply Solution for customer contracts, considering the customer requirements, and department's internal targets; build supply advantages in the contract signing phase, visualize operating results during delivery phase.
- Plan and provide rolling forecasts for customer orders as accurate as possible, manage the project inventory.
- Manage the demand-supply balance of projects, prevent supply risks from all perspectives considering the global environment and needs of customer and project situations
- Manage internal and external customer relations, coordinate functional teams' operation process to ensure customer satisfaction for the supply chain.
- Responsible for Inventory, material turnover, E2E material management, delivery cost, on time delivery, HR efficiency and cost management
- Manage internal control, process and contract compliance requirements.
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or Engineering,
- Very good command in written and spoken English (Chinese is a big plus)
- 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Relationship and Order Fulfillment management,
- Proficient with MS Excel, and other office tools, (Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau..etc) is a plus)
- Be able to work in flexible hours, Team player with strong communication and persuasion skills, solution oriented, task driven problem solver with good organizational skills, open for new challenges,
- Male candidates should have been completed the military service or postponed at least for 2 years.
