Job Description
As an Account Specialist, you will have the outstanding opportunity to drive ambitious business objectives and explore potential business development in Hong Kong. Your role will be essential in coordinating with customers across the Research, Clinical, and Academic industries.
- Drive to achieve business objectives in terms of volume, market share, distribution, pricing and customer satisfaction level, and explore potential business development
- Liaise with customers in all sales and marketing activities in Research, Clinical and Academic industries
- Develop and initiate new business ideas and marketing activities to increase sales volume
- Prepare, review sales report and sales figure analysis
- Organize seminar and other marketing activities
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related discipline
Experience
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant working experience
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude will be considered
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Outstanding resilience and innovative thinking in dynamic environments
- Strong business insight and a proactive customer-focus
- Goal-oriented with a proven drive to achieve
- Outgoing personality with good integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and capture all new business opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
