Wolt is a Finnish technology company, and until recently, we've been best known for our food delivery platform. However, food delivery was just the start. We don't want just to satisfy our customers' hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys, and other exciting products, all referred to as retail.
On a personal note, it goes without saying that you're a team player and willing to get your hands dirty as we build this new area of our business in Czechia! As time progresses and more partners are onboarded, the targets and duties of the role may develop. This means that you must thrive in the 'start-up' environment where constant change means there's always lots to get your teeth into!
What you’ll be doingDay-to-day in this role, you’ll:- Successfully onboarding and training venue/partners, providing them with all the tools and information to start the collaboration with Wolt as smoothly as possible.
- Proactively contact our Partners to secure their participation in Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos campaigns
- Working with the partner to improve overall sales and conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices to help ensure the partner's success.
- Owning the partner's assortment - suggesting which products should be listed initially, and working with the partner to constantly add/remove items to improve customer conversion.
- Set up and launch ad and promo campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery and performance, working with technical teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work with the BI team to develop and maintain ad reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and at least a communicative level of English
- Proven experience in sales, retail, customer support, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data to make data-driven business decisions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AppsFlyer, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Amazon Advertising would be a huge plus
