The Account Manager is responsible for growing sales from the assigned sales territory; developing new accounts, and providing support to existing accounts.  

This position reports to the Commercial Leader, Singapore and is part of the Radiometer commercial team located in Singapore and will be working remotely to cover Singapore.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI’s.
  • Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory. 
  • Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
  • Introduce new products and programs.  Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
  • Maintain and manage existing RSIN customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • More than 5 years of sales experience in medical diagnostics industry
  • Tertiary scientific qualification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of clinical chemistry and understanding of laboratory/Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) practices
  • Ability to work and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Competent user across Microsoft Applications and CRM, Salesforce

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Blood gas and immunoassay equipment sales and management
  • Acute care, Respiratory Therapy or ICU experience
  • Familiarity with IT middleware, hospital LIS & HIS sales
