- Lead and manage annual contract negotiations with customers.
- Delivering customer services through telephone, face-to-face visits, account reviews, reporting, product forums, and other relevant activities.

- Experience in sales, account management, or business development within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the recruitment, HR solutions, or SaaS industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems or sales-related software is a plus.
As part of the Account Team at SEEK, you will manage relationships with key customers, including both multinational and local companies. Your role will involve acquiring and sustaining long-term partnerships by understanding their needs and addressing their challenges.
The ideal candidate will excel at fostering strong connections with strategic clients, identifying their business requirements, and aligning them with SEEK’s products, services, and solutions.
The team consists of 6-10 members and is part of the sales function focused on driving acquisition and supporting SMEs in Thailand. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the team embraces change, growth, and innovation. A can-do attitude, courage, and ambition are essential. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
