BPOD latam is looking for a person to support our team as Account Manager in São Paulo, Brasil.
Position Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key mid-size to large enterprise accounts. This role focuses on building longterm customer relationships, understanding client needs,and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and solution oriented selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives and growth targets.
- Maintain deep understanding of customers’ business challenges and technology needs to propose effective solutions.
- Drive consistent pipeline development through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision- makers within client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology related sales.
- Proven track record selling enterprise software/SaaS focused on IT service management or endpoint protection to end users within the technology industry.
- Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end users within technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies.
- Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
- Fluency written and verbal communications in English is a must.
- Availability for visits with clients, national and international business trips.
