Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for driving additional revenue by generating pipeline from the existing customer base in an assigned territory for cross-sell and upsell opportunities. They will help customers find compelling solutions for their problems, negotiate pricing, navigate technical conversations, and ultimately help produce additional reoccurring revenue.

They will help customers find compelling solutions for their problems, negotiate pricing, navigate technical conversations, and ultimately help produce additional reoccurring revenue.

Expected base salary range
Depending on location and experience of candidate: up to $70,000/year base pay plus incentive.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to find solutions to problems they are facing
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and negotiation calls with existing clients
- Engage meaningfully about our solutions with mid-level and senior management
- Exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team
- Collaborate with internal team members, including support and technical team members
- Bachelor’s degree, advanced education preferred
- 3+ years selling software or SaaS in a B2B environment
- Experience selling solutions into an existing base of customers. Experience selling ERP systems or tools that integrate with ERP systems a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Hunting mentality, resiliency / strong work attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with technical topics
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Technically savvy
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible to work with a geographically dispersed team from PST to EST hours
- Able to travel to trades shows, company event as needed
