This is an office position based in Warsaw, Poland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Account Manager (AM), you will work closely with the local sales team to ensure that our best existing authorized partners (AP) understand our strategy, products, solutions, and business benefits. It will also be a great benefit if you help establish connections with promising players on the market so that Axis is number 1 for them. You will support their growth within the Axis Channel Partner Program.
The AM collaborates with partners and colleagues to drive business growth and achieve our goals, working closely with the local Key Account Manager, Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Account Manager and Marketing team. This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager for CEE.
Research, Preparation, and Prospecting
- Qualify potential business partners and contact them personally to evaluate their potential
- Manage selected list of Authorized Partners and identify key partners with growth potential to act as trusted advisors
- Evaluate sales reports to understand the market and plan business partner visits
Inspiring and Supporting Our Partners
- Coordinate training sessions and inspire our business partners while staying up to date on Axis technology and solutions
- Use Salesforce as the primary tool to evaluate and process regional leads and manage partner projects in close coordination with the local team members
Taking Action and Closing Deals
- Engage with business partners, visiting and developing those with higher potential
- Attend fairs and exhibitions
- Participate in Axis Communications Events to meet customers and strengthen relationships
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We believe success in this role comes from a passion for learning, being proactive and self-driven, and thriving in a team-oriented environment.
You should have experience in sales and customer-facing roles, act as a trusted advisor, and bring enthusiasm for technology and business strategy. Strong communication, analytical, and people skills, combined with a willingness to learn and develop, are key to succeeding in this position
We’d Love to Hear That You Have/Are
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role
- Openness and enthusiasm to learn more about IT, Tech, and IP technology
- Open-minded, patient, and service-oriented towards customers and colleagues
- A proactive attitude and the ability to bring new ideas to improve processes and efficiency
- Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market (an advantage)
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal)
- A valid driving license
As part of the sales team, you will travel regularly to visit partners across Poland.
