Qualifications: 
 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative agency environment (a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively translate client needs into actionable plans for our creative team.
  • Adept at building rapport with clients at all levels, fostering trust, and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in the media and creative space is highly desirable.
  • English fluency is a must, with additional languages a bonus.
  • Ability to commute to the office during designated days and hours is non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with creatives and internal teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing their expectations and ensuring project satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase our agency's capabilities.
  • Maintain clear and accurate client records using CRM software.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
