We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team, with a focus on serving mortgage companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the fintech or SaaS industry, a deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the mortgage sector.
 

WHAT YOU"LL BE DOING . . .

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the needs and challenges of mortgage companies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential mortgage company clients, conduct sales presentations, and close new business deals.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing relationships with mortgage company clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the mortgage sector to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to mortgage clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. 
  • Tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, Microsoft Suite, Google Workplace, Slack
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and build relationships with mortgage companies.

 

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE . . .

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on fintech, SaaS, or financial services, and specific experience working with mortgage companies is a plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals within the mortgage sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape, mortgage products, and industry regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly within the mortgage industry.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions to mortgage companies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

The On-Target earnings for this role are estimated to be between $200K-$250K with base and uncapped commission.
