NASCAR is seeking a positive and motivated sales professional that is looking to drive revenue at motors sports highest level. NASCAR Consumer Sales Account Executive will be tasked with driving ticket revenue across NASCAR business units.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate ticket revenue through both new business campaigns as well as renewal cycles
- Make 80+ outbound sales calls on a daily basis
- Lead in creating an outbound sales culture that maximizes ticket sales and revenue generated through converted outbound calls
- Achieve sales goals, leading by example while supporting all track related outbound sales initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with defined account base through proactive communications
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) months experience as a top sales representative in the Sports and & Entertainment industry
- Previous CRM Platform experience a plus
- Coachable self-starter with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sales
- Flexibility in working extended hours when needed
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable making cold calls on the phone
- Comfortable making face to face sales presentationsRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, use hands to feel and handle, ability to lift 20 pounds and see including close vision
