Essential Functions

Manages Accounts Receivable (“AR”) (including handle and communicate for any customers, sales invoices, collections related matters, recording sales and collections transactions, sending statement of accounts to customers for chasing collections, etc.)

Manages Accounts Payables (“AP’) (including handle and communicate for any suppliers, supplier invoices, payments related matters, recording supplier invoices and payments transactions, validation of Purchase Orders to Invoices received, etc.)

Deliver on time results and services to both external and internal stakeholders

Process monthly staff claims

Prepare quarterly GST reporting

Assist in periodic closing (including preparing bank reconciliation, AR and AP Aging, balance sheet schedule preparation)

Timely completion of all scheduled tasks; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.

Ensure processes are followed accordance to internal working procedures and instructions, and assist in SOP improvements

Proper and timing filing of all financial data and documentation

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Assist with Finance Manager with local financial statements, audits and variance as required.

Report directly to Finance Manager
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
-
Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or its equivalent
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-
Oracle experience is preferred
-
Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude

Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
