About the role:


The APAC Supply team is responsible for ensuring that our media owner partners have success with Vistar Media’s Platform. Vistar’s supply footprint currently spans across 9 countries in Asia-Pacific and is growing fast. We’re adding to the APAC Supply team, and are searching for candidates who are based in Sydney and ready to make an immediate impact with supporting our media owner partners across all of our markets and also supporting the wider APAC Supply team. This role covers a large variety of tasks and requires strong organisational skills and the ability to track success across multiple projects and tasks at once. This role will also see the future opportunity to specialise in one of the sub-departments of Supply (Media Owner Partnerships, DSP Partnerships, Operations).

What you’ll do:

  • Become an expert in Vistar’s supply-side products and services
  • Backfill Media Owner support items such as platform questions, troubleshooting and optimising revenue opportunities 
  • Internal & External reporting responsibilities
  • Owning Private Marketplace Deal activations
  • Assisting with presentation building and other collateral requirements
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience within media or advertising technology
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Strong problem solving, organisation, and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and/or Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Positive attitude and passion for their work
