We need an English-fluent Motion Motion Graphics Designer - User Acquisition, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital advertising campaigns.
- Design and animate social media assets optimized for various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop visually compelling ad variations for A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UA and Design teams to understand campaign objectives and metrics.
- Experiment with diverse visual styles to maximize ad performance.
- Optimize animations and assets for different platform specifications.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and campaign requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ y of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, specializing in User Acquisition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design work, specifically in advertising.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Lottie.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing ad creative.
- Strong understanding of social media platform specifications and requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement Feedback.

- Experience with Rive animation.
- Background in user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of current social media advertising trends and best practices.
- Experience with AI tools for asset generation and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization techniques.
- Experience working with UA teams and performance marketers.
- Familiarity with video editing and sound design.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,400 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
