Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. As a 3PL Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Marketing for 3PL distribution initiatives that enable scalability, operational consistency, and business growth.

Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Lead distribution project intake, planning, and execution across 3PL operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support promotional launches, customer integrations, and 3PL onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts such as templates, forms, checklists, and roadmaps.
  • Drive accountability and communication between internal teams and 3PL partners.
  • Support KPI tracking, data-driven analysis, and process improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate structured 3PL business reviews with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage the Distribution Scale Roadmap for capacity planning and provider strategy.
  • Ensure operational readiness and alignment across logistics, EDI, inventory, imports, finance, and sales.
  • Lead post-mortem reviews to identify learnings and embed best practices.

 

Success in this role will require a strong balance of analytical thinking, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll anticipate issues, align stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget with clear communication and accountability.

Qualifications

We seek team members who combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational excellence. For this role, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred; Lean Six Sigma a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years in logistics or supply chain project management.
    • Proven track record managing 3PL partnerships and executing distribution initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of EDI, ERP/WMS systems, and warehouse processes.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency with advanced Excel and project management tools.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-departmental environments.
    • Willingness to travel for site visits and project launches.
