The CFO Strategy & Enablement team plays a vital role in equipping CFO Group to enable RBC outperformance in everything we do. As part of COO, CFO Group, the CFO Strategy & Enablement team advances the delivery of the CFO Strategic Priorities and talent imperatives, by navigating change, fostering a culture of innovation and driving alignment across our Finance teams.

Job Description
What will you do?
Your role and responsibilities on the CFO Enablement team will include:
- Contributing to defined projects or tasks with support and supervision, as needed
- Supporting the team in marketing and maintaining an integrated learning and development strategy for CFO Group, including the creation of new learning materials in collaboration with subject matter experts, as well as some website design
- Designing and preparing strategic presentations for senior executives
- Developing knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department
- Communicating and partnering with key stakeholders such as Strategic Initiatives and Change Management, Communications, HR, external vendors and CFO Group senior leaders
- Supporting CFO Group and COO team events from design to execution
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Undergraduate level year 3 or 4
- Self-motivated and independent worker with a solution-driven and growth mind-set
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good relationship management skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and staff, with some level of impact and influence
- Exposure to task management, project management experience (organized, detail oriented)
- Good presentation preparation and delivery skills
- Ability to think critically and “outside the box”
Nice-to-have
- Working towards CPA or CFA
- A willingness to learn basic HTML coding
- Previous experience working with a Financial Institution

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
