Support key customer accounts and Regional Sales Managers by managing orders from intake to shipment, producing customer reports and pricing quotes, monitoring inventory and fill rates, coordinating cross-functionally (shipping, purchasing, operations), responding to customer requests, recommending product substitutions, maintaining ERP and account records, and assisting with sample tracking and inbound customer communications.
