Over 70 years later, game shows continue to dominate network TV ratings in hundreds of countries across the globe. But, people still shout answers at their televisions in a clunky attempt to play along. In 2008, Apple opened the App Store and millions of people soon became addicted to playing social games against their friends on mobile devices. In 2013, we are connecting the dots between gaming and entertainment and publishing the first original game shows distributed as interactive apps. We like to call them App Shows. Part game, part show- all app.</p><p>Instead of just watching a game show, you can now participate in it. Rather than simply share what you watch on Facebook, challenge your friends to play episodes against you. At TouchFrame, tapping the screen while you watch means more than a check-in. We treat tablets and smart phones as first screens and partner with leading TV producers and YouTube channels to power, monetize, and distribute interactive game show apps for these devices.</p>
