Assists with developing functional requirements for business systems, testing, training, and implementing applications. Identifies and tracks input and processing errors within the staging and booking process. Supports customer processes and activities for application implementation. Monitors application operations and troubleshoots problems. Translates client's requirements to functional documentation and executes application testing to ensure quality.
Partner with CX department stakeholders to provide strategic insights into data and performance. Analyze data, build reports, identify trends and provide recommendations to improve customer experience. Own weekly reporting and drive results by finding solutions to improve SLAs and efficiency. Deliver complex reporting solutions and share insights with business leaders within CX.
