Senior DevOps Engineer
Description and Requirements
Duties: Evaluate customer requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs), functional and nonfunctional and implement various CI/CD pipeline, testing and infrastructure automation tools and best practices. Build automated guardrails to ensure secure, high-quality deliveries across the entire team, implement continuous monitoring, alerts and site reliability engineering practices and investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems and service requests. Interface with key stakeholders and business leaders. Work with cross-functional teams for delivery and mentor Mid/Junior DevOps Engineers.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Electrical Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience implementing virtualization, storage and networking in Linux/Windows server environment administration. Specific skills/other requirements: performing CI/CD pipeline configuration and support using Azure DevOps, Atlassian stack, Ansible, Chef, Puppet and Jenkins (3 years); scripting with containerization, Docker or Kubernetes using Python, Bash or PowerShell (3 years); developing AKS and AWS Cloud platform by setting up all configurations and infrastructural requirements (3 years); configuring performance monitoring and log aggregation tools for multiple applications across organization (2 years); and implementing DevOps practices across multiple projects and ARTS throughout SDLC process (3 years). Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote.
