We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Advisor Manager who will be responsible for managing all facets of talent acquisition for an assigned business line(s). This includes leading and coaching a team of talent advisors and building and maintaining relationships with senior and executive level management of the organization up to and including Executive Vice Presidents. You will partner with hiring managers, business partners and across HR to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies that attract/retain the best and brightest talent. You will advise business leaders of ever-changing hiring trends and competitor intelligence to ensure our competitive advantage and influence hiring quality internal/external candidates.

Primary responsibilities include

• Management - Provide ongoing leadership to team of talent advisors including career coaching, recognition, performance management, training, development, work allocation, and communication. Help your team embrace changes arising from external factors, advancements in technology and skills. Manage team to established compliance standards.• Relationships - Build and deepen strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its people plans, to build and deliver talent strategies that deliver on those needs.• Strategy - Recommend strategies to meet business staffing plans for the short- and long-term as the organization transforms, considering DEI and internal mobility priorities. Serve as a talent advisor by proactively sharing labor market data, best practices, test/learn opportunities. Focus on workforce planning, market monitoring and engaging with HR and business leaders to support talent needs and complex challenges as the business transforms. Suggest ways to better implement technology, balancing driving automation and efficiency with hiring quality talent.• Sourcing - Lead your team to tools and networks to identify key and non-obvious talent pools, source, and qualify candidates against established competencies.• Other - Participate and/or lead projects to drive change and team engagement• Other - Maintain external orientation of trends, skills, technology, strategies and networks to show up as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• Strong relationship management and extensive experience working with senior level stakeholders • Able to balance the operational and strategic (short- and long-term) demands of the role• Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing talent and building a positive team culture• Able to forge successful partnerships across organizational and industry boundaries• Desire to help build a top-performing function and destination for the best talent• Competent with TA technology• Seek out learning opportunities and gain new skills/knowledge routinely • Strong communication, influence, and advisory skills• Solutions-oriented• Enterprise-thinking

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: 8-5pm Monday to Friday
  • Come into our Johnston, RI and/or Westwood, MA offices 3 days/week
