Manager, Content (Maternity Cover) - Germany Remote

Our Team:
The VistaPrint Organic Growth team specializes in the development and distribution of world class content to champion creativity and attract and engage new customers. Utilizing SEO optimized content, page types, campaigns and partnership strategies, we aim to become a trusted resource for small business establishing Vistaprint as the expert design and marketing partner for these customers.
What You Will Do:
As the Manager, Content you will be responsible for leading your team in the strategic development and execution of our engaging content marketing across the VistaPrint blog and YouTube channel to drive organic traffic and revenue goals. You will work closely with our Growth Manager to ensure strategies align to our best opportunities to win search market share and inspire a team of strategists and creatives to deliver best in class quality content that keeps our target audience coming back for more.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Director, Organic Growth to understand commercial goals and organisational priorities aligning these to annual blog and YouTube content strategies and quarterly content calendars.
• Levering global and regional marketing priorities to craft aligned content opportunities.
• Fostering a strategic partnership with our Growth Manager to ensure blog and video strategies are aligned with the largest search opportunities.
• Ensuring quality control, with robust editorial policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Collaborating with the product and engineering and DnA team to deliver the blog functionality and reporting needed to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
• Working closely with our Social & Campaigns Manager and Content Marketing Manager to craft distributable media worthy quarterly flagship content opportunities.
• Working closely with our Partnership & Outreach Manager and Content Marketing Manager to support growth opportunities including guest blogs, gated content and partnership content.
• Workflow and delivery planning, in consultation with the Creative Director, for our embedded creative team to ensure quality timely delivery for all projects.
• Leadership and professional development of the content marketing managers and editorial team.
• Annual production and promotional budget management.

Your Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing with hands on editorial and video experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies that have delivered traffic and revenue gains, ideally in a b2b ecommerce environment.
• A comprehensive understanding of content, editorial, creative and SEO principles and how to utilize these to build content strategies that delivers traffic and engagement.
• An authentic team player and sharp project manager who can bring together all kinds of teams and influence peers across the organization.
• A skilled project manager with experience engaging and managing work through product, engineering and creative teams.
• Genuine enthusiasm and engagement with industry best practices and developments to ensure we are always optimising for success.
• Comfortable with wearing many hats both strategic and creative, ensuring data and results are at the heart of your decision making.
• Experience in leading and developing a small team.
• Exemplary stakeholder management at all levels and functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
