Our amazing finance team is growing and we׳re looking for an Equity Manager to join us. The equity manager is a critical member of the finance team in leading and scaling monday.com stock administration function as we grow globally. This role is responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of monday.com global equity plans. 


About The Role:

  • Prepare monthly recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate tracking of equity transactions. 
  • Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including all equity related filings.
  • Partner with Corporate Legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations to the Compensation Committee related to the equity pool and proposed equity grants and modifications.
  • Assist with employee’s questions and resolve any issues regarding their awards.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for stock-based compensation.
  • Maintain policies and procedures related to global equity compliance and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in administration of global equity plans;
  • Strong working knowledge of equity plans and various equity award types.
  • Experience managing Shareworks
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
  • An effective communicator with a variety of levels of internal employees, business partners, etc.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, able to research complex global equity issues.
