Job Description:
- Attend to incoming calls
- Process Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices
- Check payment status and Update in system
- Update Customers on delivery schedule and any revisions thereof
- Ensure all Orders are acknowledged and executed in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and complete information (Sales Orders / Shipping Documents) to Customers and ensure these are valid
- Process rejects on quotations or shipments to/by Customers
- Meet on-time delivery as per delivery commitment
- Keep good records of customer interactions, customer accounts including maintain good filing system
- Handle Customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and / alternatives within time limits, follow up actions to ensure issues are resolved
- Prepare and Update reports
- Attend meeting when required
- Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements and Skills
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Business/Production/ Manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years-experience in Customer Service or Planning or Buying
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office and ERP system preferred
- Able to communicate and write well
- Able to think fast and is solution-oriented
- Must be a Team Player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
