VideoAmp's Revenue department is looking for an experienced Client Success team member with expertise in AdTech and TV to drive post sale servicing and retention, with a focus on delivering outsized client value. The Sr. Client Success Manager/Client Success Manager will support our clients across VideoAmp’s solutions with a focus on tune-in measurement for TV Publishers. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized strategies and solutions that deliver value and drive retention and growth. Our Client Success team members are passionate about solving customer challenges and have extensive knowledge of tech, data, TV & digital video space. They have a proven track record of building client relationships and maximizing client value and retention for a high growth AdTech organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Leads client engagement for our Sell Side tune-in / measurement insights across the major TV Publishers
- Manages a portfolio of diverse clients with varying needs and complexities.
- Can serve as a mentor to junior team members and actively contribute to the development of client success strategies within the book of business.
- Deliver a great customer experience by setting client expectations through effective oral and written communication
- Drive client value through customer centric problem solving and outcomes
- Build, maintain, and grow existing client relationships (reporting, client deliverables, client engagement)
- Provide training and onboarding guidance to clients to ensure a smooth transition onto VideoAmp solutions to maximum value realization.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of Videoamp's solutions.
- Use VideoAmp's solutions to analyze data, develop insights and optimization recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
- Set and manage internal and external timelines to deliver solutions to create client value, work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and comprehensive delivery.
- Gather client feedback and share internally to guide prioritization, continuously improving our solutions and services.
- Perform comprehensive monthly and quarterly customer strategic business and service reviews and develop improvement plans focused on overall service experience.
- Assist with influencing client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across matrixed organizations.
- Support sales in driving client expansion into the solutions suite & adoption of applications that deliver client value
- Increase Retention by exhibiting excellent customer service and through great experiences and solution delivery
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years interactive online media planning & buying, Analytics experience, or Client Success in the AdTech industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw advanced insights from big datasets
- Experience with measurement solutions a plus
- Video & TV specific background preferred
- Ad Agency, DSP or in-house Brand Marketing experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and autonomous individual with a experience in customer success or relations; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to tell a story with data and insights to clients at all levels, including delivering QBRs and presenting strategic insights to support client success
- Strong experience with Google Workplace Suite

This position pays between $56,153.84 - $134,615.37 + Commissions + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
